Master Resale Rights

In this article I am going to teach you how to make money online using resale rights products with master resale rights. The best place to start is to give you an overview of the different types of rights products and show you how you can profit from them.

Resale rights products are not a new thing, they’ve been out there for a while. Basically how they work is you buy the rights to be able to sell a copy of whatever that product is…meaning if it is an audio or a video, you are literally selling a copy of that audio or video. Every time you sell one, you get to keep all of the profits.

If you don’t have your own product, resale rights are a great way to have something that you can sell without having to go through the process of creating a product yourself. A lot of them come with everything you need to sell it. What I mean by that is that you don’t have to write a sales letter or any of that…it comes pre-done for you, so in addition to the product itself, you get a sales letter and usually some graphics, like a picture of the book, or a DVD cover if that is what the product is.

OK, so that’s one type…another is master resale rights. When you buy this type of rights you are not only buying the product itself that you can resell over and over again…but you are buying the rights to resell the resell rights. I’ll say that again because it can sometimes be confusing…with master resale rights, you ALSO have the ability to sell the resale rights to that product.

The best way to think about it is this…with resale rights you are selling the product to a customer that will use that product for themselves. So in the case of an ebook, you sell the book, the customer pays you and then they own the book to read it as many times as they want. With master resale rights…you are selling the rights to the ebook…so your customer is probably someone who is going to resell that book over and over to their customers, and they will be keeping the profits…of course.

Now, the next type you should be aware of is called private label rights. What this means is that you are buying a product, again let’s use the ebook example…so you buy an ebook that is already written…and because it comes with private label rights you are allowed to put your name on it as if you were the original author.

With private label rights you can basically do whatever you want, you can re-write part of it, or all of it, you can change the graphics whatever.

So those are the basic types of resale rights products that are used the most. No matter which type you buy…you will want to review the terms with each one so you know for sure how to make money online with the master resale rights. Some of them have restrictions about what you can charge, or whether or not you can give them away as a bonus…that sort of thing. So just read the terms and you will be good to go.
